How To Order
1) Email to simplyfrenchboutique@gmail.com and provide the product name / number or short description of the item.
2) A reply will be given in 1-2 days time on the availability of stock and the total amount (inclusive postage) to bank into Maybank account.
3) Once payment is made, please email to simplyfrenchboutique@gmail.com so that verification can be done.
4) Upon confirmation of payment, item will be sent in 1-3 days time.
6) Please note that all items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.

Shipping Rate
We only use Poslaju:
West Malaysia
1-2 items = RM6.00
3-4 items = RM8.00
East Malaysia
1-2 items = RM8.00
3-4 items = RM10.00
Rate may change. Actual shipping cost will be given once you've specifically chose your items.
Please Take Note
- Please check with us for the item availability before making any payments.
- For pre-order, please allow at least 1 week for getting the item as they will be imported overseas.
- Items will be sold to serious buyers only on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Items will be reserved for three working days. Buyers are required to make payment within the three days. However, in some certain circumstances which buyers are busy (or end of month, waiting for pay cheque to come in :p), please e-mail simplyfrenchboutique@gmail.com to inform us on it. If not, the certain buyers might be blacklisted.
- All items are IMPORTED BRAND NEW items, unless otherwise stated. All items are thoroughly inspected before sending out and therefore condition is 100% good.
- If you are in doubt about any of the items, please e-mail us to clarify. There will not be any refund / exchange once the product is sold.
- By purchasing our items, you are agreed to the disclaimer above.
